"Women's town" to put men in their place

I think I need to visit China :)

It sounds like a submissive man's fantasy world: a village where women rule, men obey, and transgressions are promptly punished. If Chinese tourist authorities have their way, this dream will become a reality -- and make locals prosperous as well as empowered and orderly.

Chinese authorities are planning to open a tourist town where "women rule and men obey."
The "Women's Town" concept is in fact an expansion upon Longshuihu, a small village in Chongquing province where women have traditionally worn the pants. Chinese authorities are seeking investors in the project, which will cost about US$26 million by the time it's finished, in 2010.
Female tourists will be expected to make all the decisions concerning shopping, dining and hotel reservations. According to Chinese media reports, disobedient men will be punished by "kneeling on an uneven board" and performing menial tasks, like washing dishes and running about on frivolous errands.
